Important: Beware of Scam Emails and SMS Messages Impersonating Japan Post and Other Delivery Companies

Thank you for shopping with Brilliant Life Products NZ.

There have been reports of fraudulent emails and SMS messages pretending to be from Japan Post and other delivery companies.

These messages may claim that your parcel could not be delivered, your address needs to be confirmed, or that customs fees or redelivery charges must be paid, and then direct you to a fraudulent website.

If you are expecting an international parcel, these messages can appear convincing, so please take extra care.

Important information for Brilliant Life Products NZ customers

When Brilliant Life Products NZ contacts you regarding your order, payment, shipment, or delivery, our communication will include information that can be matched to your actual order.

Please be cautious of unexpected emails or SMS messages asking you to pay a fee, update your address, or take action regarding a parcel without providing identifiable information relating to your actual order, such as your order number or order details.

Check Your Delivery Status Through Shopify

Brilliant Life Products NZ uses Shopify to process and manage online orders.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been added, you may also receive a shipping notification.

You can check your order details and available tracking information through the Shopify order status page or through your customer account.

Before clicking a link in an unexpected email or SMS message, please compare the message with your actual order information.

Be Cautious of Messages That:

・Unexpectedly request payment for customs charges, redelivery fees, or similar charges
・Pressure you to take action within a short period, such as “within 24 hours” or “within 48 hours”
・Ask you to enter your address, credit card details, password, or other personal information
・Do not contain an order number, purchased product information, or other details that match your actual order
・Contain unusual wording, spelling mistakes, or suspicious-looking links

Japan Post has also issued warnings regarding fraudulent emails and SMS messages impersonating its services, including messages requesting payment of supposed redelivery or customs fees.

If You Receive a Suspicious Email or SMS

Do not click any links in the message, and do not enter your password, personal information, or credit card details.

If you receive a message relating to a parcel from Brilliant Life Products NZ and are unsure whether it is genuine, please contact us before making any payment or providing any information.

We will be happy to check your order details and shipment status where possible.

If a message looks suspicious, do not click the link — check your order first.

Please stay vigilant and protect your personal and payment information.

Thank you for your continued support of Brilliant Life Products NZ.
