Returns

We accept returns only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


Eligible Returns

Returns will be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is defective (e.g., damaged, incorrect item, or missing contents)
  • The product is unused and unopened, and confirmed as defective after review

Please contact us by email and include photos of the issue. Returns will only be accepted if the product is confirmed as defective.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • The product has been opened or used
  • The product is damaged or soiled due to customer handling
  • The product quality has changed over time after purchase

Due to the nature of our business as a personal import service, the following are generally not applicable under Japanese law:
cooling-off period, Product Liability (PL), and issues such as leakage during transit.


Customer-Initiated Returns

We do not accept returns for customer convenience.


Return Process

  1. Please contact us first
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return
  3. We will provide the return address
  4. Please return the item unopened and in its original packaging

Return Shipping

  • Returns due to our error (defective or incorrect items): Covered by us
  • All other cases: Not accepted

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund via credit card or PayPal.

Refunds will typically be processed within 7 days.
